What you are buying
RBS Home Buyers sells business-to-business real-estate data. Investors search and filter Dallas County properties on a map, then download the matching rows as a CSV file. Each row combines public county records (tax roll, appraisal district owner and mailing details, County Clerk foreclosure postings, City of Dallas code cases) with our own priority score. Every export includes the property and owner data from public records. Owner phone and email columns are filled in only for properties that have been skip-traced, and phone numbers on the Do-Not-Call registry are flagged.
An export is a digital file delivered in your account right after payment. Nothing is shipped. The price of an export is always shown before you pay.

- Monthly plans renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Unused rows do not roll over.
- The free sample needs no credit card. Paid exports and plans are charged by card through Stripe.
- You can cancel a plan at any time; access continues to the end of your current billing period (your renewal date).
Delivery, refunds and cancellation
